Red Veins are small red lines, dilated capillaries, or blood spots found on the cheeks and around the nose. They can also be seen on the legs, usually on the inside of the knees and on the thighs. Causes can be genetic, high sun exposure, standing all day, pregnancy, a spot on the face or any strong impact to the body.

With the treatment Becky provides, only RED coloured capillaries can be treated. Anything blue needs Sclerotherapy.

The method to remove Red Veins is through Electrolysis. The sterilized, disposable probe is placed on or just under the surface of the skin and a small amount of current is released to cauterise the dilated capillary. This results in the capillary drying up and then disappearing. The area immediately looks better once treated as the colour red  disappears.

The area can be re-treated after a month once full healing has occurred. The maximum treatment time in one area is 15 minutes.  Generally a minimum of 3 treatments are required however facial and upper body Red Veins can be successful in just one treatment.
